Return Policy
Returns (Please contact us first, should you encounter any issues with your order, so we can work with you on resolving the matter quickly!)
Opened Items: All Tea, Coffee, Coffee Beans, K-Cups, Pods, and Samples are Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable once they are opened. These items can not be resold.
Unopened, Sealed: 30 Day Returns: Please contact us immediately if you wish to return an item (s) or change your mind about your order. An RA# (Return Authorization) is required ONLY if the item (s) is brand new, unopened, sealed in the original packaging.
Customer is solely responsible for any return shipping costs only AFTER a return is authorized and you have received an RA#.
Package Theft: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages around your place of business or residence. Customer will need to file a claim with the designated carrier.
Gourmet Roasted Coffee LLC reserves the right to deny returns, refunds and exchanges, including but not limited to prevent fraud, suspected fraud, or abuse.
